本機(jī)依靠刀片與輸送帶上送來(lái)之蘑菇在剛開始切片的瞬間，能自動(dòng)起定向作用，無(wú)需分料4、凸輪震動(dòng)等裝置，所以本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單合理。
奈酸防銹：本機(jī)零件除齒輪、軸承外，其餘均採(cǎi)用不銹鋼、無(wú)毒橡膠等製成，具有良好的奈酸防銹性能，適合罐頭廠車間環(huán)境作業(yè)。
刀片質(zhì)量高：本機(jī)刀片較薄硬度高，所以比較耐用，切出的菇片厚度均勻，不規(guī)則的碎片較少。更換不同厚度的墊片即可得到不同規(guī)格的菇片厚度。
