【原料和產地】生姜(Zingiber officinale Rosc)新鮮根莖,經清洗、切片、自然晾曬后制成的干姜片為原料,中國山東省地產一級。
【生產工藝】干姜片粉碎,采用超臨界CO2萃取技術生產,分子蒸餾精制而成。
【性 狀】淡黃色至橙色液體,具有生姜特征香氣。
【主要成分】姜烯、β-倍半水芹烯、α-姜黃烯、姜烯酚、β-紅沒藥烯、α-法尼烯等。
【產品特征】
100%純天然生姜提取物,無任何殘留和化學添加劑。整個工藝過程在接近常溫條件下密閉進行,排除了一些化學成分遇氧氧化及見光反應的可能性,既能提取低沸點的易揮發(fā)性成分(單萜烯),也能提取出系列烷烴、有機酸及長鏈脂肪烴等熱不穩(wěn)定組分及易氧化的成分,完整保留了生姜中的全部香氣成分。

【使用說明】
1、本品每克的香氣和風味相當于純原粉50克(1:50)。
2、可直接添加或用乙醇、植物油稀釋后使用。依據產品的風味要求添加,參考用量:熟肉制品0.01~0.03%;調味料0.02~0.05%;膨化食品、方便食品及焙烤食品0.005~0.01%;啤酒飲料0.001~0.005%。
3、可與肉桂精油、丁香精油、迷迭香精油等調和使用。
【包裝存儲】氟化桶包裝,凈重1kg,10kg,20kg,25kg。也可根據客戶要求協(xié)商確定。室溫避光保存,4℃冷藏更佳,保質期18個月。

Grinded the raw material, and manufactured by using supercritical CO2 extraction.
DESCRIPTION:
Pale yellow to orange liquid, having the spicy taste of ginger.
COMPOSITION: Zingiberene, β-phellandrene, α- curcumene, Shogaols, Bisabolene, α-farnesene, etc.
CHARACTERISTIC:
100% ginger extraction, pure nature, no residual and chemical additives. The whole process is confined close to room temperature to exclude a number of chemical constituents of the event and see the light reaction of oxygen oxidation potential, both to extract the volatile low boiling components (monoterpenes), also can extract a series of alkanes, Long-chain fatty acids and hydrocarbons and other thermally unstable and easily oxidized components of the composition, complete all the reserved ginger aroma components.

INSTRUCTIONS:
The fragrance and taste of per gram of this product is equivalent to 100g pure ginger.
This product can be added directly or dilute with ethanol, vegetable oil. The addition quantity should be choose to best suit the specific application, Reference dose:Cooked Meat 0.005~0.025, Soy Sauce0.01~0.025, Fast food, Puffing food, bake food 0.0025~0.005%, Beer drink 0.0005~0.0025%.
Can be reconciled with cinnamon oil, clove oil, rosemary oil, etc.
