1、專對圓管及圓棒端面內外、倒角及銑端面均勻完成，快速準確
2、半自動型：人工進料、自動進退刀速度快，要更換不同尺寸的工件只需作簡單的調整。
3、雙向倒角型：凸輪同步進給，加工穩(wěn)定性高，可兩邊同時完成，內角、外角及銑端面一次完成，可實現產量的倍數增加。
4、適合材質：不銹鋼、鐵、銅、鋁的管材及棒材。
倒角機100mm以上的管件可加背料輔助，100mm以下的管件可以加振動盤輔助，超出此范圍皆用專用機設計。
非標機臺長度可以做到2000mm，管徑可以做到Φ150mm。

Model YDL-110SA
1. It is especially designed for end internal and external chamfering of round pipe and round bar as well as end milling, which shall be completed in uniform, rapid and accurate way.
2. Semi-automatic type: High speed in manual feeding and automatic cutter advancing and retreating, only simple adjustment is required for change of different size work-pieces.
3. Two-way chamfering type: Cam synchronous feeding, high stability in processing, it can be completed on both sides at the same time, one pass operation can be finished with interior angle, exterior angle and milling end for multiple increase of output.
4. Applicable materials: Stainless steel, iron, copper, aluminum tube and bar.
The tube for more than 100mm chamfering machine can be added with back material for assistance. The tube for less than 100mm chamfering machine can be added with vibration disc for assistance. Special machine design shall be required in case that the range is exceeded.
The length of non-standard stand can be up to 2000mm and the tube diameter can be up to Φ150mm.
