塑料擴(kuò)散油已用于各種塑料的注塑和母粒生產(chǎn)中,并賦予產(chǎn)品諸多功能，可很大程度上提高
產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
1.提高顏料的分散性，使著色更均勻，色澤更鮮艷。
2.使制品表面具有光亮性。
3.降低熔體表面黏度，降低擠出機(jī)的扭矩、擠出壓力。
4.減少及消除口模積料，減少并消除熔體破裂。
5.并充當(dāng)了內(nèi)、外脫模劑。
注塑行業(yè)添加量為0.2%——0.5%。
色母行業(yè)添加量根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)情況而定。

Plastic diffused oil
Plastic diffused oil is used in the production for all kinds of plastic casting and agglomerates in result of several functions with the products, which improves greatly the product quality.
1.enhance the pigment dispersibility in result of the color uniformity and brighter.
2.make the ware with the brightnss.
3.Lower the melt viscosity on surface、twist distance and extruded pressure of the machine.
4.Reduce and eliminate material deposits from the mouth mould and the melt cracked.
5.As the isolated reagent between the inner and the outer mould.

Additive rate: 0.2--0.5% in casting plastics line, and subject to the experiment in colored agglomerates line.
