主要功能及應(yīng)用

該設(shè)備屬于一種定長(zhǎng)開料的管類設(shè)備，主要用于按照設(shè)定尺寸，分切各種尺寸，各種壁厚的銅管和鋁管。根據(jù)不同的后續(xù)加工需要，“旋轉(zhuǎn)無屑切割”或者“高速鋸片切割”，任意可選。

操作簡(jiǎn)單，管材切口整齊，平滑，無毛刺。

配備“雙向動(dòng)力放料架”，具有氣動(dòng)剎車功能，保證送管放料與切管的同步性，能否有效防止料盤因慣性作用而造成突然放料過長(zhǎng)，過快，而損傷管材的現(xiàn)象，進(jìn)一步保證了管類的分切質(zhì)量。

MainCharacteristics and Applications

The device belongs to one kind of fixedlength and cutting tube equipment,mainly used for cutting various sizes and wallthickness of copper pipe and aluminum pipe into set length accordingly.

Depending on the subsequent processingneeds, can choose “Rotary Chipless Cutting” or “High Speed Saw Blade Cutting”relatively.

Simple operation, pipe cutting edge smoothand no burr.

Cooperated with “Bidirectional Pipe Decoiler”,withpneumatic brake function,ensure the  synchronismof pipe feeding and pipe cutting,

can effectively prevent pipe damagedphenomenon of feed the tube suddenly too long or too fast due to inertia effect,furtherensure the tube cutting quality.
