第64條 員工上下班途中要按交通規(guī)則規(guī)則行使,禁止違規(guī)行使;

第65條 員工在上班時(shí)刻內(nèi),必定要按公司規(guī)則操作流程操作,不然出現(xiàn)意外公司不承當(dāng)職責(zé);

第66條 員工在上班時(shí)刻內(nèi),禁止串崗,因串崗而引起的安全事故公司不承當(dāng)職責(zé)

第67條 工傷時(shí)刻界定:在公司規(guī)則上班時(shí)刻范圍內(nèi)(9小時(shí)或10小時(shí),還有公司暫時(shí)組織加班上班時(shí)刻內(nèi)),不包括上下班途中時(shí)刻與私行串崗及無(wú)故離崗時(shí)刻;

第68條 工傷前提條件斷定:*與公司簽定用工協(xié)議,在公司從事自己崗位本員作業(yè)的﹑公司暫時(shí)組織其他崗位作業(yè)的,不包括上班時(shí)刻從事私事作業(yè)。

第69條 本準(zhǔn)則是勞動(dòng)法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章規(guī)則的具體化。

第70條 本準(zhǔn)則與勞動(dòng)合同有沖突的,以勞動(dòng)合同為準(zhǔn)。
